terrible experience with this company. Auto pay was selected on my account which was confirmed by the store manager. After trying to access my unit, my code would not work. Their systems did not take my payment and no alert was made about this and my account was put into unpaid status. They are requiring that I pay a late fee to be able to access my unit. My unit should be fully paid up and has been paid up since before the old company (cubesmart) was acquired. I would be happy to pay my monthly fee and access my unit if they would take off the late fee that is their fault. Unfortunately, customer service as I’m told is the only way for that to happen and it will take one to two business days to talk to a human. I live out of state so I am now between the choices of just paying the unfair late fee or returning to Pennsylvania with all of the items in my car. This on top of increasing my rent every single month is not OK. I recommend that you do not get involved with this company. You will be paying an upwards of $50-$75 more a month within six months on top of unfair charges such as this bogus late fee. And this was all learned after waiting around all day for a manager to show up, as i’m told the office has been empty frequently lately.

Kristy was super helpful in getting us set up with our unit. She made the process super quick and easy. Overall, I was super impressed!

Terrible practices, TERRIBLE customer service. I received an invoice in my email and my rent was raised by $22 without notice, they also charged me to for 2 months ahead. Also, they added an additional month when it should be month. The addition of $18 for monthly insurance also inflamed me because there was ZERO notice. When I called, she rudely told me they'd sent an email and a notice, neither are true. Her response was "junk mail deletes after 30 days". So your invoice came to my inbox but your notice of rent increase somehow got lost in a black hole? I don't think so. Bad business practices. I'm moving my items out as soon as possible.

Shelly and Tammy were absolutely awesome! I showed up right before closing on a Friday evening, and they didn’t rush me at all. They were super thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was fully taken care of before I left. That kind of customer service is rare these days. I’d recommend this place to everyone—top-notch experience from start to finish!

Kristy, you are amazing!! Super kind, super attentive, super friendly, super helpful!! What can I say? 10 stars for this beautiful woman!! She guided us to rent a unit and it was piece of cake!! Shelly was very kind and very easy to deal with, she made setting up an account for a unit such an easy process! Very thankful for her at the location on Ball and Leonard. Would recommend!

After switching companies from Kent County Self Storage which I absolutely hated, CubeSmart has been an amazing change. Shelly is a great employee and representative of this company. Her customer service is by far one of the best that I've had. I'm extremely impressed with this company and the way they conduct business. I definitely recommend them for any type of storage need.
