Very pleased with Jacob & Josh's work. They knew what they were doing & knew how to place my yard figurines. Received many compliments from my neighbors & it brought all of us joy !! Hundreds of miles there and back from the Detroit area, the furniture arrived in a timely fashion and in pristine condition. I could not be happier with the job that these guys performed. In fact, I don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Hands down, the absolute best movers I’ve ever worked with—period. ESJ Certified Solutions blew me away. Jacob (the owner) and his crew moved us from our old home to our new one in Rockford, MI, and made what should’ve been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. This wasn’t some simple move—we’re a family of four with a fully packed house, tons of stuff, and large, heavy, high-quality furniture (not cheap IKEA stuff). They handled everything—taking apart complex items, wrapping each piece with moving blankets and industrial-grade stretch wrap, and reassembling everything perfectly on the other side. They packed their truck with precision, strapping everything down so it didn’t budge an inch. Zero damage. No broken items. No scuffed walls. Nothing. It was the smoothest and most careful move I’ve ever experienced. They worked efficiently but never rushed. Every step was thoughtful and deliberate. They wore booties inside both homes—and when it came time to carry items into the brand-new carpeted areas, they took off their shoes and booties and worked in socks. The attention to detail was unreal. Their communication was top-notch. They checked in with us throughout the move, clarified things before making assumptions, and just made the whole day feel dialed-in and organized. Even the way they communicated with each other as a team was impressive—calm, respectful, focused. It’s exactly how you wish all movers would work. Their pricing was extremely fair and competitive—especially for the level of professionalism, care, and quality they delivered. We got way more value than we would’ve with one of the bigger companies. They used the right tools when needed and always approached things with care—fastening, wrapping, placing, moving—like it was their own stuff. No shortcuts, no careless moments. Honestly, I’ll never use another moving company again. Good, honest, hardworking people who take pride in what they do—and it shows. Can’t recommend them enough.

A Professional Company with Extraordinary Hard working, Polite men. I was in a time crunch & needed help and they came through with flying colors. I would give them 10 star's if I were able to. They showed up early, and went right to work. They were able to move everything I own from a 10x22 storage unit to a 10x16 POD! & they Wrapped & Blanketed any fragile items I had, including large furniture & Heirlooms while getting this all completed in Under the time I hired them for ~ PLUS HAULED AWAY what I decided didn’t need to go! (No one offers that anymore). I Highly Recommend you call them for any size move you may have. If you’re looking for a Honest, Hard working team with INTEGRITY…Look no further because here they are. Shawn and Jacob are two of the greatest guys I have ever met. They are genuine in their character and their work. These two are so dedicated to what they do and they work hard to get it done. I would trust these two men to help me do anything I needed done. Excellent service, great people, and true to their craft. From moving items carefully to getting rid of unwanted junk, to handyman services these fellas really do want to help and they are appreciated more than they know! ESJ was the help I needed! I had been waiting for months and months for fair pricing and quality service. I burned a whole in my deck grilling this past Summer and Jacob restored my deck, He laid my carpet squares and recently installed a sink faucet, Did I mention the repair of a small plaster closet ceiling hole. I am most satisfied that my small jobs didn’t deter him/them. Keep up the good work fellas!
