amazing service. Randy went over and above to help me solve my crisis. i was visiting from out of town for a golf trip and had a damaged tire that required me to purchase four new tires. He fit me in at the end of a long hot day into a full schedule of business. pleasant and professional. He saved my golf trip. what a pro!!!

I started going to this Firestone location nearly 25 years ago. I take my personal cars here and I'm also in charge of maintenance for five vehicles where I work. Their service manager Randy is is outstanding. I appreciate his honesty and his skill in handling various car issues. He doesn't try to oversell you or suggest stuff you don't need. I've always gotten great service here and I've recommended them to many friends and colleagues over the years.

Poor customer service. Nikki did everything wrong when it came to providing an iconic customer experience. When greeting me her demeanor was short, irritable and frustrated that I showed up for my appointment after stating she called to cancel a simple routine maintenance oil change. Informed me she couldn’t do it despite confirming my appointment online. Nikki would benefit from customer service training, handling difficult conversations or how to problem solve issues at hand if she plans to run that store. If they can’t do a simple oil change how can you trust them to do anything else right.

This Firestone location has been my go to for tires and routine maintenance for nearly 15 years. I first came to this location as a female college student. I was used to being dismissed, belittled, and occasionally taken advantage of by working professionals, especially in the auto industry. Instead, I was treated with dignity and respect. The Firestone professionals listen and provide me with a recommendation, which is not always the most expensive. Once I came in expecting to require replacement tires, only for them to recommend covered tire maintenance. Whatever money they lost that day in a sale earned them a loyal customer.

They were very busy however they were very kind and had patience with not just me but with all the other customers that morning. It was easy scheduling an appointment online and got in the next morning. I had service done this past January when I had the same excellent service, which is why I scheduled with them again….and will continue to do so.

I scheduled an appointment online at 12p. They had availability at 4p the same day. I dropped the vehicle off at 340pm and they were done with oil change, tire rotation, and full brake job in 2 hours and a discount I didnt even ask for. Great customer service and very speedy on a Saturday. I have brought my vehicles here before and will continue to do so. Today was exceptionally good though. Highly recommend.

First time to coming to this location. Came in for tire rotation/ balance/ rotation, alignment, oil change, and check engine diagnostic. Unfortunately they didn’t have their diagnostic tech due to bereavement and the rep expressed genuine sorrow and apologized that nobody communicated that info in case of rescheduling. Continued with the rest of the service. I stated that we’ve had issues that past few times regarding oil changes and leaks. The rep stated that sadly is typically associated to sloppy work and reassured me that his oil tech was more than competent and disciplined. Full 24 hrs after service no leaks and I’m extremely grateful. Would highly recommend this location.
