The facility was extremely clean and well kept. The gentleman that I spoke with to replace my lightbulbs lacked customer service skills to say the least. He asked me how many I needed as he looked them up, and I asked how many came in a case. As he continued to look it up per my request, I politely said "you know what? I’ll just take six." He then responded as if he was irritated "OK well I was seeing how many came in a case." He gave me the number of 40, and I said ok I’ll take 6. We completed the transaction and he got the bulbs. I asked if he minded tossing out the reference bulb and he said "no that’s something you have to take care of." I said ok and left, he said nothing. After discarding the bulb in their trash can outside of the door, I decided to come back in and scan the QR code to do a survey. He looked at me when I walked in and I said "oh I’m all set!" He saw me scanning the QR code, and as I walked out, something prompted him this time to say "Have a nice day". LOL. I said "you as well!" Anyhow, I’m sure he is a good enough employee, but if you are looking for that "5 out of 5" stars, you ma want to run him back through customer service training one or two more times, assuming he has done it once. Purchased a K type temp probe for my DMM. The gentleman that helped my wire and was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We didn’t get his name but he was a very pleasant and courteous sales rep. Because of him, we will be looking to Granger for all of our future technological needs!
