Best Metro store in town. Staff is super friendly and aren't over pushy salesmen. And they are always willing to help with anything whether you bought your phone or tablet there or not. They respect you for being a Metro customer period.

Misael was great he helped me tremendously and gave me the best deal for what I was looking for. He was polite, prompt and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location! ❤️

I would recommend Metro to everybody as I have for about 20 years now! This particular location has the most helpful staff. I'm an older guy that didn't grow up with computers and such so I do have to be instructed every now and then. And they're always been the most helpful to me that I can imagine I'm possibly being you'll get good service when you go there too.

Misael is great. He's knowledgeable and if he doesn't know something he'll go out of his way to find out. He's enthusiastic and very personable. I highly recommend this location.

I've been a customer here for about 4-5 yrs now. Ahmed is extremely knowledgeable about cell phone technology and truly has a work ethic that few can rival. Visit his store and you will know the true meaning to the words "customer service".

I had really bad customer service, went to purchase a new phone early 2023, the manager was not helpful, didn't seem to know what what he was doing,didn't disclose any information about the refund policy, wasn't able to get back data I wanted. And only a day after I got the phone, wanted to trade it in for a new one because metro is supposed to have a 14-day policy, did not honor it at all. Tried to offer 20$ for a 170$ transaction. I figured I support local. But honestly if you're mobile go to a different store, and if you're not find someone who is. If you want good service.

I normally go to store about 2 miles away. I noticed this one two days ago and decided to stop in to pay my bill and inquire about upgrades. The guy at the counter was rude and impersonal. I asked a question and he acted as if I inconvenienced him. His body language and attitude was horrible and disrespectful. I will never enter this business again.
