NAPA Auto Parts

Been using this Napa for nearly two decades. I lost count of the number of odd ball parts, emergencies, and struggles that this place has helped me navigate on countless vehicles over those years. If this location doesn't have it, the warehouse on Patterson almost surely has it, or a location nearby will and you can get what you need same day in nearly all cases. Inventory is unmatched locally. I have gotten parts from all the parts store chains in the area over the years and Napa by far has the highest general quality overall as well. Worth the extra few bucks in many cases for that peace of mind knowing I won't have to do the same job over again because of shoddy parts.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In July I came into Grand Rapids to do a service assessment on a collector car. After 7 hours of shop time with the car we amassed a large list of parts we needed and returned home to PA with the list. Once home I called AMC parts vendors and ordered a ton of specialty parts to be sent to the car. Three weeks later, I arrived in Grand Rapids with a helper and we discovered some of the parts sent to us were the wrong ones. This NAPA was closest to the Comfort Suites we stayed in on 76th and we HAUNTED this DAVID in this NAPA every morning for a week with oddball and small parts requests. DAVID FOUND EVERY SINGLE PART WE NEEDED either through the computer or by tapping into local warehouse resources or, once when NAPA could not find a part, DAVID recommended another vendor for us. DAVID was a dedicated worker interested in helping us help our client. Who could possibly ask for more!???

Great local store. The counter guy even figured out how to plug in a license number that was required for what I was buying which is something he wasn't familiar with.

Had a bad experience first time I went in here. But let me tell you. ANDY fixed all of that, twice! I sincerely appreciated his desire to help and find solutions to my issues. Thank you Andy!

Usually pricy, but found the better deal on a radiator cap here today. It did take quite some time, about 10 min, for her to find it in the back tho.

Sent the wrong item. Item they sent didn’t work. Had to walk it back to the store. They honestly couldn’t get there act together in the store getting me the right item…which was waiting on the counter when I got there. Told them to just return the money (3-5 business days) Would rather walk 2 miles to the competition since I had to walk anyway. Horrible service in store. Even worse customer service to complain about the store. They cared even less. Will never do business with Napa again. Horrible experience!
