Thats very concerning that you would deep dive into my personal life to be defensive about my rating. And to assume it is due to a former employee who you assume spoke badly about the company is blasphemy. Im not sure why you would assume that just because I didn't conclude a purchase with you that I didnt have interactions with the company. I didnt leave any specifics as to why I gave a one star. But this, you looking into people's personal lives when you disagree with their opinions, this wasn't even part of my rating but does show the level of professionalism or lack thereof. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss my reasoning in hopes to giving constructive feedback. But please dont attack my integrity based of assumptions when you dont even know me.

First time I’ve used them and it went great. They answered emails fast and my part location clarified exactly as I was looking for. It was labeled oddly. Also I had shipping issue before the order was already sent but not completed in store, so no big deal and it was my error for not asking, that was clarified well. Again they answered fast. I already have another parts list started

Je kunt alle onderdelen van de Victory motor bestellen en bekijken op uitgebreide tekeningen. Prima service. Erg meedenkend. Vriendelijke communicatie. Snelle levering. Ondanks de kosten van verzending naar Nederland, belastingen en inklaringskosten nog iets goedkoper, als dat ik het vergelijkbare onderdeel met het Indianlogo erop uit Nederland zou kopen.

The customer service experience I got from this company was amazing. To know that the person on the phone is looking at every diagram they have just to double and triple check that I am getting the right part is awesome to me. I called a couple times because I wasn't sure what part I needed. I got "Kalie" everytime and she was great! She actually found the part I needed and not the one I thought it was. I'll definitely call them form all of my Honda parts!

I ordered an OEM part for my 2003 Honda ATV. They have everything. Prices are good. Website is easy to navigate through. Customer Service is fantastic. Shipping was fast. Staff has it going on!
