We broke down over Labor Day weekend high in the UP. We called everyone to get parts for our travel trailer and no one could help us. Chris at the Grand Rapids Store was incredible finding the parts we needed and then worked to save us 3 hours driving time by having them ready at Traverse City. Amazing service

Richfield Trailer Supply is always my first stop for trailers, the knowledgeable, courteous staff has helped me rebuild and retrofit a few different vintage ones, marine and land, and I will not hesitate to start a new project knowing they will have the stuff I need to make corrections. Nice guys.

Very helpful and friendly. They have most any trailer part you'll need, except the one I needed.

I walked in the store, three men talking about painting a floor, ten minutes later one said can I help you? I said yes I need propane! The lazy skinny guy turned around and gave me a nasty look and shook his hairy face. I now go to propane lane ware they treat you like a person. How many people does it take to look at a floor and think about painting it? And make the customer wait for 10 minutes and then get treated like dirt.
