Road 2 Road came through when I needed help moving a vending machine last minute! They wrapped everything perfectly, reassembled my extra items, and had great customer service! I recently hired Road 2 Road Moving Express to move our furniture from our apartment in Santa Monica, CA, to our new home in Austin, Texas. The movers were amazing they protected all our furniture and dismantled our beds and dining table. I had a few meetings and was unable to pack my kitchen items, but Marcelo offered to pack them for me. They packed all our dishes, brought all the necessary packing materials, and made sure to take care of our espresso machine, which is quite expensive. The team definitely had experience and was both professional and courteous. They arrived at 7 a.m. sharp and were done by 3 p.m. We just received our furniture, which was delivered earlier than expected. It took us four days to get here, and the movers arrived in eight days. I was surprised but relieved. The delivery team was great, they assembled our beds and dining table, and we asked them to place some of the boxes upstairs. So far, nothing has been broken, and they made sure everything was delivered safely. I highly recommend Road 2 Road Moving Express. Ask for Marcelo, he was very helpful throughout the entire process and communicated with me at all times. I'm happy I made the right decision!

We moved from California to Texas and we had a great experience. Marcelo helped me coordinate my move and also helped me with the shipping of my vehicle. The movers were great, they were polite and generous, they helped packed my TVs for free and also wrapped my mattress. All of my boxes were carefully loaded inside the truck. From start to finish Road 2 Road Moving Express company was extremely helpful, personable and professional!! Very patient and understanding with explaining the moving process to an elderly couple who lived in their home for over 50 years. Marcelo came to the house to visually see and take inventory of items in order to give an accurate estimate. He was spot on! No big add on surprises to the bill at the end as I had heard from other people who had moved. We did all the packing of boxes but he took the time to explain and even demonstrate how to pack breakable items such as dishes and picture frames. Packing the truck was amazing to see. They are experts and demonstrated that it is a definite skill. It was like putting together a puzzle. No space was wasted! Not one item was damaged or broken from the long distance move on very bumpy Michigan highways. His estimation of how long it would take to load and unload the truck was accurate. They moved furniture in place and even problem solved with us giving helpful suggestions with arrangement of furniture. We couldn’t ask for a smoother or better move from start to finish!!!
