ThrottleX Batteries

I was searching to find a better than standard battery for my 2004 Electra Glide. Very happy that I found this company. I am a few miles away from the warehouse in Grand Rapids, about 1,000 miles. Edit: finally got the battery installed only to find out its DEAD! They sent a dead battery! Definitely wont order from here again! Customer service needs a lot of work! Their site says orders placed before 4 get processed the same day… FALSE! Ordered on Thursday (before 4) and didnt get processed till the next day, when I emailed I was given excuses! Never received any shipping information. Im literally an hour and a half from this place and since they didnt process like they said I didnt get until Monday! I was trying to support a business in my own state but it was a complete headache!

I ordered a battery for my 1991 Heritage Softail and got it is two days; not bad! It would be even better if it fit. It's not even close--it must be three inches too wide. On top of that nobody at the number listed on the web site answers the phone.

My battery lasted one year 9 months lot money for a battery that didn't last long at least not for me. Going to Harley Davidson for a new one told there the best. Tried to call to tell someone about it left message but no return call save your money. Also was on a trickle charger when not being used .

I purchased a Throttlex Item # MX30L exactly 2 years ago for my 2003 flhri Harley Road King. I highly recommend Throttlex batteries over OEM or any other replacements. Customer service and battery performance are awesome. I will buy a 2nd Throttlex battery whenever this battery needs replaced.

My ThrottleX battery worked out great! It arrived on time, was easy to install, and my bike starts every time, all the time. Even run some heated gear with no trouble. Good product and exactly as promised.
