The truck we reserved was not returned by another customer. We were able to get another truck, but larger then we reserved, at the same cost. That is all good, but we do wonder if the larger truck used more gas, which then added to our over-all expense. The location tried to get the previous customer on the phone to get it back, but there was no answer. Hopefully they got the truck back eventually!

I forget her name but Stacy is what I think her name was. She was fantastic. Super helpful and kind and I couldn't recommend her and this location enough. When I was living there I used that location a lot and all of the staff has been friendly and helpful and on a number of occasions went above and beyond.

Great experience with a 4 day truck rental. Arranged rental through the app. Picked truck up at 7am on a Sunday via the contactless pickup. Truck was clean and worked well. Used truck for 4 days and returned. No hidden fees, no one tried to hit me with extras, just a good ole honest rental. I will rent again from here.

We have used this facility for just about everything except storage. The hitch installation has gone smooth on 2 vehicles and we have had a custom upgrade done to one that required them to take our input and apply it. Great team and honestly the prices are reasonable for a large brand.

The person who helped me was very friendly and very helpful. She made sure I got the trailer with the ramp. Reservation, pickup, and drop-off was very smooth.

They were busy but they made sure each person was taken care of. Our hotxhbibtall was very quick.

Had a hitch and trailer light wire harness installed. 80% plastic inserts that hold the removable panels were busted out and now all they do is rattle going down the road. Also, the tech who installed the harness cut through plastic instead of running the harness out of place it is designed for. Two stars for the nice service desk person.
