Nico and his crew were amazing! They arrived on time, everyone introduced themselves, and they got to work. The crew worked together like a well-oiled machine, each one playing their role to make this a seamless (and very fast) install. Nico kept us informed throughout the process as to what they were doing, and how all the pieces work together. Everyone was so polite and kind, and made us feel that we definitely made the right choice with Fastrac. Thank you so much to Nico and the crew for such a delightful solar install experience.

These guys were amazing. They were polite and answered my questions. They also kept me informed on progress. The first guy arrived when they said, gave me the rundown and started the pre setup. The main crew arrived a little later and got right to work. They were working for about 7 hours, and let me know what to expect next. I am happy with their work.

The crew showed up later than scheduled. The guys were polite and took some time to get things figured out. Install started out smooth then little by little there were things that happened that were strange but I stayed home to make sure everything continued to progress. I ended up having to get their wire from one part of my attic to the other, cause they couldn’t figure it out, then ran pvc from my shop to the house for them cause they were having difficulties figuring that out as well! After 6 hours of my personal labor and some of my own electrical materials used, we finally were able to bring the system on line! Fast forward several months and the inverter took a crap! Been waiting for 3 weeks now to get someone to take care of this! They say it will be 2 weeks before they can get a crew ( should only take one man) to change the inverter out! What I know know is Fastrac will never get a recommendation from me or anyone I know! ! Customer service has a lot to be desired! I even had to pay up front labor just start the process for them to come out! Should not have had to pay anything because of the labor and materials I put into the job!!!

My experience with Fastrac has been great. Lanae E. has provided incredible customer service, setting me up as a new customer and keeping in contact regarding upcoming appointments. Rey A. is the technician who came out; he promptly diagnosed the issue with our solar system that we have struggled with for months. I am grateful to be a customer and highly recommend.

The solar goats worked hard and efficiently. They were very friendly and explained the work they were going to do and then explained what they had done when completed.

The solar goat was very detailed and patient, even though the material was not delivered on time the team lead took the time out to make sure he communicated with the office and kept me informed. My solar was completed today and I am happy with the results.

Good clean install, I am still curious about orientation of panels as there is no obstructions at all on my southern exposure? House across the street has 28 panels on a southern exposure. What do I know you have a satellite view with compass right ? So ? Good clean job they were excellent
