Same o same o !

I purchased paint yesterday and Anthony provided excellent service. I needed the color to be nearly identical so it took us about an hour to find a match for both paints (the color match machine wasn’t working). He was so patient, polite, and understanding throughout the whole process. Excellent employee and somebody I would come back to 🙂

I was at the Pin Oak Home Depot and this guy (in a Home Depot "uniform") walks past me and says, in one of the most cheerful voices I've heard, "How Are you doing today sir? Is there anything we can help you with?" I said no thank you and continued on my way. I stopped for a minute to look up something on the Home Depot app and I heard the same voice speaking to another employee. From the questions he was asking, I assume she had been injured in the past, and he was checking up on her to make sure that she had been in touch with her doctor and that if she had any issues being on her feet she needed to let him know so he could make arrangements for her. She seemed to be very grateful that he asked about her and had a huge smile on her face when I walked by her. As I continued to shop I could hear him asking employees if they needed help and asking customers if they needed help. He asked me two different times at different points in the store and the third time I took him up on it and asked about a replacement rope I needed for my tree pruner. He walked me over to the aisle and found the person who handled that section and explained to the employee what I needed and then proceeded to tell the employee that he would take the basket in the back for the employee so the employee could help me. That's when I stopped and asked him who he was and if he was new here....lol. He explained that he was a store manager that covered several stores. He was one of the most joyous and incredible spirits I have ever met and he literally made Home Depot feel like a small town hardware store. Thank you Ricky Ray for caring so much about your job, about your employees and about the customers. I'm truly a better person having met you.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot. I was looking for a specific product, and one of the associates, a young woman, went out of her way to help me find it. She was patient, friendly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service!

Anthony is very well trained! He helped us even when he was doing a strenuous task and opened the gate for us! He gave up tips and tricks and the correct products to use for our bathroom. Everyone was trying to help us and always asked if we were okay. Thank you

2nd time in the last week curbside pick up just never shows up after 30 minutes. First time, I went inside the guy was apologetic and said his shift just started and I guess his coworkers didn’t want to do it. Okay, maybe a fluke. Happens again a totally different day. I go inside and there are 20 of them in a circle having a meeting. Guy says "well curbside closes at 530." I had checked in at 5:08. This time, I just cancelled this order. Not worth the headache.

Great location, with a pretty wide selection of hardware and tools. Friendly service, but hard to get help. Self checkout was down to 2 registers and lines were long.
