We went there bobtail in a commercial truck to pick up an empty trailer. They had 18 trucks waiting in line for over an hour "because they didn't have room" Many of us were trying to get a trailer OUT of there which would have made room. Didn't make any sense! When we did finally get up there the girl was very hard to understand. Very think accent. Then she asked us to spell our 3 letter company name??? What???

This is the most unserious place, there is no parking there, bad internet. And you always wait for your cargo until the last minute. In my opinion, they really like to rest.

50 min waiting to drop off empty trailer, as a result got late for next pick up and was fined… One entrance is not enough for that big facility!

I ordered some items from Amazon recently (January 2025) and it seems that this fulfillment center handled part of my order. I got my items in a reasonable amount of time (about a week or so) and in good condition, so I guess I'm satisfied with this fulfillment center.

It's been over a week since the big snow storm in KC. Roads have been cleared and now you're saying packages are late due to severe weather. As I'm coming home I passed by 4 Amazon prime vans. So you're telling me a van can make it in this weather but your big rig trucks can't? What a joke!
