Personal need more training before they can assist customers with questions, sales. They are not addressing the correct information to customers. They tell you lies, had issue with alternator! Yeah

Muy mal servicio la verdad muy molesto con esta tienda que no capacita bien a sus empleados compre un alternador ayer por la noche y deje el mio en core pero antes de eso le pregunte ala muchacha que me atendio de nombre Kat que si se podia regresar en caso dd no ser y me regresaban el mio y me dijo no se dejame hablo con mi manager y me dijo que dice que si hoy lo regreso el manager de nombre Enrique no me lo quiso regresar el alternador mio osea practicamente se los regale y otro vendedor me dijo esque es nueva bueno nueva o no los even de entrenar y capacitar para dar mejor servicio no para joder ala clientela

Very clean, everyone is polite and lots of parking. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the erea is sketchy as in don't leave your vehicle unlocked.

This place is full of great employees because today kyndl b. Did an outstanding job and great customer service I told him I had just bought the car n he helped me put in my head light bulb and even help check all the other issues under my hood like the battery terminal and etc. This is what I call great customer service and what it supposed to be ...you get a A++++ Superb job!!!! THANKS AGAIN KYNDL B. Guillermo and Joselyn were very helpful with my return and just all around great customer service especially when i had lost the card i had originally made the purchase with, they didnt hassle me and refunded me my money back. Thanks again!!!

Staff does not care if people Park in the handicap parking that don't have a handicap placard or plate. I'm disabled and I need that parking and they just don't care.
