Extra Space Storage

Ash and Trevor are total legends! From day one, they had my back — super friendly, super helpful, and they even showed me the best (and cheapest!) options without trying to upsell anything. Honestly, it never felt like I was just another customer — more like getting help from two friends who really know their stuff. Customer service? Out of the park! ⚾ Huge thanks, guys — you made everything way easier than I expected.

The people were courteous at all times. I love that the storage was indoors and climate controlled. There were never any pests or signs of any. I also love that I had 24 hour access. My only problem is the cost of storage these days. It’s not their fault but that’s my only complaint.

After talking on the phone with Michelle (corporate), I then was referred to Ash who displayed top class customer service. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He really is a solid guy, not trying to pressure you into anything, just laying what the company provides and tries to work with you as best as the company allows him to. There are two entrances to facility to allow for shorter distance to your unit. It is very clean, and climate control and the space is great (I got a 10' X 20' (3m X 6m). Very happy! 良し!

Smooth as butter. I had a tree hit my house and in a panic, needed a storage unit. I called and Brenda got me set up quickly and easily. Ash, the facility manager was great during my time at the unit -- and once it was time to close it, he made the process easy. Great job to you both. 5 stars.

My Overland Park, Ks ES storage experience has been supportive and very forward pro-customer leaning. Most recently Mathew and Ash have been great advocates and are exemplary in professionalism and promptness. This is why I stay with Extra Space. The last 5 years have been excellent service and help during stressful times. High praise!

Mostly false. It is temp controlled, not climate controlled. Climate controlled means controlling the humidity and precipitation, so it doesnt rain on your precious items and humidity so your wood items dont split. Manager does NOT live on site. Complete lie. Found this while walking around the storsge units. They doubled price in little under two years. Recommend anyone but this location. Spoke to the person fixing the roof, stated been out three times in 3 months, to fix but mgr too cheap to fix it right so they bandaid it and it leaks all over your stuff again. Security is for the whole center, no just storage, they watch Burlington and around the whole old mall. Beware!

After 6 years of being a loyal customer, I had to leave and file a complaint with BBB and the AG office. This location in particular has terrible management and cannot keep staff. They price gouge and increase at random times. The on site manager, Ash is not good at all and lacks skills to keep long standing customers. He’s almost robotic in his responses. He threatened to charge and send me to collections after I moved out. Rent was paid up and notified of a move out two days later. Please consider choosing a properly managed facility who isn’t price gouging and nickel and diming their customers. I would NOT recommend!!
