Firestone Complete Auto Care

Failed to rotate my tires correctly on first visit after 1:45 for an alignment and tire rotation. I was told the appointment would take an hour when I booked it. I was the first appointment of the day. They took lots of time to document and upsell additional work instead of focusing on getting the actual work done. Likely a commission incentive for the technicians or service manager. I discovered work not done correctly when I got home and called and scheduled appointment to get work corrected for the next day after I was told my work could not be refunded without my returning to the service center. After spending an additional hour of my time and gas to return to the store, they recognized that I was the guy with the work done incorrectly the day before. I showed up early for my appointment time for them to "quickly correct" the error and they left me to wait another half hour with no work on the car. They simply needed to move two tires from one wheel to another. I had to ask for money back. They likely caused damage to my vehicles transmission by not rotating tires correctly on my AWD and I had to get their error fixed with additional time and money. They did refund my money for the incorrect work. Keeping promises, timely appointments, and correcting errors is not important to this crew.

I've had a few services done here, and the staff is always friendly, polite, and professional. I trust the work done on my vehicle, and I appreciate that they are clear in what is recommended versus what is required for my vehicle. They are never pushy about adding on services; they clearly provide what they are recommending and let me make an informed decision. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable, and they work quickly and efficiently, so I'm never waiting longer than anticipated.

Dylan & Brian were simply amazing! Dylan particularly was so friendly and informative. Off the bat, he was eager to help me as a walk in and was able to solve my car battery troubles in no time. They both took the time to explain to me what the issue had been and how they’re able to solve it. I was in and out of the shop within 20 minutes and all my problems solved. I cannot praise this Firestone location enough for always being reliable and efficient!

The first time I came to this location last September was a great experience, they were helpful and got my tire issues resolved quickly. This time around was the total opposite experience. I was told my front tire needed replacing from a safety inspection (at a different shop) about a month earlier. A family friend who is a mechanic confirmed I should get it replaced sooner rather than later due to low tread. The man who I spoke with in store talked to me as though I had no idea what I was doing. I have never felt so belittled in an auto shop before. He looked at my tire in the parking lot and told me that it was completely fine and just older…after telling me inside that they had no time available and I would either have to leave it and be picked up or come back that evening, which I was fine with doing as a walk in and even called a friend for a ride. This experience felt more like he didn’t want to bother dealing with getting me in than actually ensuring my tires were good to go. Needless to say, this is the last time I’ll be visiting Firestone for my tire needs.

Dylan was great to work with! After spending 2 hours after my appointment at another location waiting for my tire to get patched, they sent me to this location and told me I’d need a new tire. After getting to this location, they checked out my tire and discovered it could be fixed and didn’t have to be replaced. Less than an hour and they got me back on the road!

I’ve consistently had great experiences at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The team is always timely, professional, and incredibly informative. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle without overwhelming me with unnecessary jargon or upsells. I really appreciate that they never overcharge and always recommend only what’s needed. It’s refreshing to find an auto care shop that’s honest, efficient, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Jeremy kept me in the loop through the whole process, called several times to let me know what was going on and verify what all I wanted done. It was all done quickly, professionally, and I felt they had my best interests in mind. I really appreciated them and the whole process for my first time in to a Firestone.
