The lady worked with me to buy the cabinets that I want, to make sure they fit in the space and line up with my window. She is competent and pleasant. However, the contractor changed our design and we had to start over. It caused a problem so I don't get the design we worked so hard on. Not her fault.

I went to menards to buy a vanity sink for my bathroom. They had this cute little vanity for a small bathroom. They loaded in my car. I asked about delivery They said delivery for appliances is $89.00! I asked about renting a truck $18.95 and charged by the time...over 30 minutes more money needed.... no gas refill....

Menards manager/s (two females) were both asking each other what to do with a coupon. They acted very offended that they had to even mess with it. I got accused of stealing by one of them because my husband walked out with our cart as I was paying. I never once left the store and obviously planned to pay for my purchase. When I found that lady's manager and told her I thought being accused of being a thief was very rude and inappropriate- she just stood there and stared at me..... Avoid this Menards or just chose a different store all together!! Worse experience ever in a store!!!

We’ve been pondering getting a new tub surround and saw one at this Menards on Rays List. They unfortunately didn’t have the color that was advertised but Adam, the manager was very helpful and let us go upstairs to look at the color they did have in stock. He was super kind and personable. We will definitely come back if we need anything else!

After ordering two specialized doors and confirming the delivery date, on date of delivery was told I needed to reschedule. Was sent a generic text that NEVER asked me to directly confirm my delivery. I message stated if I needed another date to call and schedule one. So day of delivery, nothing because they stated I didn't confirm it. Already had prior issues with custom cabinets at this same location. Final straw...I will NEVER step foot in a Menards store again. I will chose Lowe's or Home Depot first, even if it cost me a little extra. I will go out of my way anytime home improvement comes into a conversation to mention how terrible Menards is.

About a week ago I called to the store to gather information about renting a truck to deliver a purchase from Nebraska when I arrived the day after to rent I had dealings with several people but only remembered one persons name we went out to inspect the condition of the rental all was satisfied It was explained to me the fee of $18.95 for the first 75 minutes and $6 per 15 minutes increments not to replenish fuel seem to very simple so there was a problem the insurance card I had in my card was a couple of days expired the new renewal cards were at my home I wasn’t very savvy about retrieving them the app on my phone so Ruby was trying to assist me in retrieval of insurance information so I went out to my car called insurance had them to email me a copy of insurance completed transaction I was very grateful for her being so patient with me most people would of walked away but she stayed and helped the best she could and I thanked her as I approached the rental I sat inside to check all options in the rental for safety and operations shortly after left the parking lot later I returned the rental in the same condition as I approached the lobby there’s customers ahead of me when I got to the counter I was charged for an extra 30 minutes in which I didn’t agree with some of time derived from time spent thanking Ruby for help inspecting rental before leaving the lot and standing in the line the manager came out and acted inappropriately and totally unprofessional she was loud with me accusations at that time I called for an actual manager to resolve this matter I had more questions about other charges in which couldn’t be explained this was my first time using my Menards account if this is the way that customer service is conducting here I rather not I expected better but I got worse I’ve never been devalued and belittled to this degree ever I’m not mad just disappointed .
