They were very nice
Friendly and Very helpful. I really needed a windshield washer 90° nozzle. They found it in the back and I was on my way super quick. Great going guys, 2023.
Redid the back brakes, rotors, calipers, and shoes. They had all the parts. Got a bad caliper we called to make sure they had another they had it waiting on the counter when I got there. Spent less than 5 mn in store.
Stopped in for a quick retail purchase with a gift card and took over an hour. Poor customer service..... Gift card didn't swipe correctly and no one ....I mean no one knew how to deal with this situation.... even calling other stores and customer service 800 number. I will not be back. I even suggested they use the balance on gift card as cash and refund the difference. I am sorry sir, we can not do that..... Ironically that is what a manager said to do 30 min later.
