Unapologetic Scam Artists! I bought a box full of office supplies today, only to realize that they had overcharged me on several items. I went back in to get my money back, which they did honor, but they didn't even apologize. They didn't seem to care, I can't help but wonder how many don't notice this scam. I won't be doing business here anymore.

I accidentally sent my forms to be printed to the wrong email, Alex was able to help me despite them being busy, awesome customer service!!

I went in to the office Depot store in Liberty Missouri on 10/2/24 to replace a chair that was delivered damaged. Greg brought a cart and helped me get the chair out of my car and into the store. He then tried to return the chair. He ran into all kinds of problems but kept trying. He called for assistance and Alex, an assistant manager, came and tried to show him how to return it. He told Greg that he was off the clock in 4 minutes, but he would help. He couldn't get it to work either for a while. Alex tried several different ways to get it returned and finally got it to work. It was obvious that the system was having problems. We finally go it returned and Greg started the ordering process for the replacement chair. We had gotten the chair at a discounted rate but had expired. Greg couldn't get the system to change the price. Alex came back up front and saw myself and Greg still working on all of this. He came over, off the clock, and asked if he could help. Alex couldn't get the system to change the price either. Alex finally went to a different computer and finally got it to change the price to the one I purchased the original chair at. I commend both Greg and Alex for going above and beyond to resolve my issue. Alex stayed, off the clock, and made sure I was taken care of properly. You need more employees like Alex.

I was greeted by Alex, the assistant manager. He immediately offered to help me with what I was looking for and even took the time to introduce me to, and answer my questions about new printers. At the front desk, Micah was friendly and even went above and beyond to price match an item without me asking or even knowing that was a possibility. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and helpful!

I have been printing business cards, flyers, etc at office depot locations around KC for 17 years. Print quality is the best and the people are generally helpful and friendly, Never had I dealt with anyone who simply didn't feel like doing the job, and willing to make any excuse and flat-out lie to avoid it. I said I needed 100 business cards printed. He immediately stated that the card cutter was down. I was about to tell him I'd cut them myself when another employee chimed in that the card cutter was working fine. The disappointment in his eyes was evident. He then began to spout off about policy and templates and how things changed 6 months ago. When I told him I had cards printed at Blue Springs and Noland road in the last 2 months under the same conditions that I had for years, I got "Well that's there, not here". Thin young man. Long-ish curly brown hair. Horn-rim glasses. Seems to think he's the smartest guy in the room. I didn't catch his name. You can thank him for this review.

Print staff is absolutely amazing! Used them for my bridal shower sign and my online order had submitted weird. The tech called me within in minutes to clarify what was wanted and had it ready to go in 10 minutes. Today I went up to get all the signs and card stock print offs for our wedding this Saturday. Breezi took her time with me and was so helpful and knowledgeable. She even had a coupon to help us save some money! Appreciate you all so much! Will always recommend this location for any and all printing needs! Thank you thank you thank you!!
