Blay, what a man. Testing my starter, he broke one of the posts while tightening the nut. He stepped up and bought me a new starter out of his own pocket. With the day I had, it lifted my feelings and earned my respect. O'Reilly's you have a good associate working and representing for you. Don't mess this one up, treat him right. I guarantee he is keeping and increasing your sales.

Great team they have there.. very knowledgeable on parts and they know their shit. Absolutely love this place.. they are masters of the craft.

Jaden was very helpful but wyat the closing manager was very rude and disrespectful if he doesnt want to talk to and help customers retail isnt for him and smart little comments should be kept in ones mind not spoken aloud for the customers to hear
