We purchased a printer recently. When we went to set it up at home there were problems in getting the ink cartridges to register. I called the store and they advised me to bring it in to inspect. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Max in Customer Service. He took the time to inspect the printer, while one of his fellow associates went and picked out a replacement one. Not only did we get our issues resolved in a timely manner, but Max also took the time to unbox, set up the new one and ran it for a test to make sure it worked properly. We were very impressed with this team. Definitely made us a satisfied customer. Thank you for the great Customer Service!

This location is AMAZING! I have had to visit this location easily 4-5 times since July 2025 as we needed updated prints for our business. Each time DeMarcus in printer services has been absolutely wonderful. Any questions or concerns I have he is there to assist and ensures everything comes out correctly. I will continue to visit this Staples for all of our printing needs. THANK YOU!

I order prints from this Staples frequently, but the experience continues to get worse. The store often opens late, and there’s consistently a long line with little to no urgency from the team. The staff routinely blames being "short-staffed," but after months of the same issue and printed signs all over the store making excuses, it’s clear this is a leadership/ accountability/ culture problem, that is causing a staffing one. Even as a regular customer, I’ve encountered rude service. I place online print orders with guaranteed pickup times, but they’re rarely ready when I arrive. Some of these items are time-sensitive, and by the time they’re finally done, I no longer need them. You also can’t get in-person help at the print counter anymore. If your order wasn’t placed online, you’re out of luck. On my most recent visit, I had to leave and go to FedEx instead, where the staff was helpful, fast, and polite. I’m done relying on this Staples for printing needs. They’ve made it clear that customer service and reliability are no longer a priority here.

7/19/25: Like so many stores these days, I was met with a blank Gen Z stare by the young woman handling Amazon returns. It's unfortunate that customer service no longer seems to include a simple, pleasant greeting. A smile or a simple "hello" goes a long way—and I hope the store considers providing basic hospitality training to its frontline staff. First impressions matter.

Giving one star for the leadership running this business into the ground. This location should not be regularly and routinely so understaffed that the phone never stops ringing and the TWO employees managing the whole store never have an empty line. If you plan on coming here you better pack a snack and bring something to do bc you won’t be leaving for a while

The printing department team here, a young woman and young man, were so friendly and helped me print out wedding invitations. We also thought the amazon returns employee was very nice. Thank you!
