Best nuts/bolts selection in KC. Best spray paint selection too. Some of the old-timers are a bit grouchy, but I don't go for the conversations. Oh, and they're pet friendly!

Ethan is the MAN!! Took the time to listen and provide solutions for our corroded pipe problem! Have shopped all over town and Strasser's is the only store that has what we needed!! Thanks Ethan for seeing, understanding, and helping to solve my plumbing crisis!! I'll let you know how it turns out... And don't forget Belen!! She is so helpful and kind!!

The best power tool selection around!

Great local hardware. This hardware store is a local landmark. In an old brick building, the entrance to the store is open and inviting. They may not have the lowest prices but they are fairly priced and have a great selection of almost anything you need hardware related. These staff are friendly and care about your experience. The services section is conveniently located in the front of the store. Home Depot might have better prices, but you're going to have a much better experience at the store and get in and out faster. The last two times I came to get something I was in and out in 10 minutes no problem. And don't forget the free popcorn!

They always have what I need and very helpful in finding it in store. And they had the hardware I needed 2 finish this little project that I couldn't find somewhere else....

Salesman was rude poor service made deal an changed it at register. Called to speak to supervisor, supervisor confirmed could not give discount for display model because of free battery when there was a 10%discount on Milwaukee tool asked to speak to owner and they would not put owner on when supervisor said "he was putting owner on" rude lost a long time customer who always spends money on Milwaukee days

I love going there and browsing. They seem to have everything. I've had some of the people who work there tell me they don't have what I need. I keep looking and I usually find it there. The youngsters should be trained to say I'm not sure we have this but let me check with my manager maybe we have it. Saying we don't have it is a cop out. Please don't be embarrassed if you don't know. Be honest. The company will benefit therefore you will have a future. Think about it. Anyway I recommend you try them. Spend some money with them. You will have a different experience.
