I've used this business in the past & felt they were very knowledgeable & helpful. However, had a bad experience here recently. I dropped in on a Friday about 30 minutes before closing looking for a bunk bracket for a personal watercraft trailer. I had pics on my phone of the trailer, VIN label, the broken bracket, etc. The employees made it clear they would rather not help in the last half hour of the day by telling me to just email them the pics so they could look up the manufacturer the next week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt & sent them the pics on 09/27/25 along with a description of the broken part. No acknowledgement. Emailed them again 09/30/25 asking if they received the email. No response until 10/03/25 when they acknowledged receiving the email & asked for better pics. I resent pics & description. No answer again. 10/08/25 I emailed again; no answer. Terrible customer service. I can only assume they are making enough money they don't need more sales & don't mind customers informing others of their experience.

Great experience!! Maria and George helped me find the right trailer and took care of the paperwork very efficiently. The rest of the staff in the store were very pleasant and conversant. This is the place to buy a trailer if you are in the market for one...best price I could find anywhere.

I’m very very thankful for this place and for RC’s help! I stopped by for help getting an old rusted out hitch adapter out of my vehicle, and RC helped me get it out at no charge and sent me on my merry way. I ended up going back the next day because I tried to put in a new cargo rack in the hitch and didn’t have the tools to tighten a certain bolt, so I just hoped they’d be willing to help me again. Sure enough, RC was in the parking lot at my car before I could go in and ask for help, and he worked on (and even fixed) our rack set up until we were good to go. He even gave my toddler a sucker (with my permission). I tried to offer cash but he wouldn’t take it. I’m so grateful for his help! Great service!

I called to try to get a VIN/Serial number stamped on a home made trailer. The person on the phone wanted to argue. I was given a Serial number by the county I live in with instructions to find someone to stamp it. The person on the phone was rude and told me over and over I needed a 17 digit number when the one I was given was 7 digits. I explained that was not what they gave me. But he finally said he would do it. Then told me it would be $95 per hour and it would take around 1.5 hours. I told him that’s fine and then he said he couldn’t get me in for 3 days I told him that’s fine I’m not in a rush and he then started scolding me about how he can’t get it done instantly. I again told him I have plenty of time to get this done and then he told me he couldn’t store the trailer. I didn’t ask him to store it. This guy definitely doesn’t want any business. He was trying to find any reason to argue or turn me away. For those that also need a VIN done, I found a welding shop called "Weld Shop" that would do it and quoted me 15 minutes in labor. This guy is a scam and is rude as hell. Don’t use this business.

I give this place 10 star ⭐️ I bought a Concession Trailer from them on Monday. I got top service! The 2 gentleman that helped me were great at answering my questions. I received above and beyond service. I highly recommend this place. Thank youuuu!

Knowledgeable, friendly, had some special concerns, so representative was very helpful in answering my questions. They will NOT negotiate on price, however. So he told me anyway.
