The smoothest long distance move I've ever had. On time pickup and delivery despite the labor Day weekend. Their online system lets you know exactly where you stuff is and when you expect it. 5 stars!

If you want to waste a lot of time and deal with constant runaround, use UPack. For a long-distance move, every time I called, they just said "We have to refer you to the local service center — ABF Freight controls it all." So instead of one point of contact, I had to call three or four different service centers along the way just to get my trailer picked up and delivered. No one takes responsibility, so you end up doing all the work. They also caused damage to our property by driving a big truck straight through our lawn, tearing up the grass and breaking irrigation heads. Then they parked the trailer in a spot where they later couldn’t even pick it up — we actually had to cut down a tree ourselves so they could retrieve it, which didn’t happen until two days later. Overall, a huge hassle from start to finish. I would not recommend UPack if you want a smooth, stress-free move.

Very professional. Reasonable pricing! Pick up and delivery happened in the scheduled time. Was moving from Austin TX to Kansas City and it took UPack less than a few days for container to arrive in KS and be ready for delivery! Very satisfied with them! If you pack everything precisely and in the boxes, and don't need to take sofas or wardrobes, this container can fit a lot of stuff!

Very good comprehensive services provided by U-Pack. I am satisfied with every phases of my moving related to U-pack. First, they give me three days to load and unload which helped me to move my stuff with ease. Second, I thought I have 23 feet stuff and with well arrange my boxes to the top of the trailer, I only use 13 feet, that saved me $600+ than what I expected before. I appreciate the flexibility policy by U-Pack. It is very good! Third, the door to door delivering speed from mid-US to Canada is only 4 days. It is much faster than any other companies which I had inquired. All in all, five stars.

My original moving plans fell through, and I found U-pack after searching most affordable options for moving across country. The reviews I saw also said they have amazing customer service. I booked around Christmas time/New years. I was able to book online, and have them deliver the pod within a week. It was delivered in Kansas City on a Monday, picked up the following day, and arrived in Portland the following Monday! The process and who to call along the way was well laid out in an email. Everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable. I was impressed to receive my cube within a week, and once unloaded it was picked up the next day!! Definitely give them a try.

We moved from Kansas City to Toronto and used a 22 foot U-Pack trailer to do it. The drivers on both sides of the border were professional, courteous, and on-time. We had U-Pack store the trailer for us for over 2 months while we looked for a place to live. The people at the storage depot were great to deal with and our stuff arrived dry, safe and in great condition. I couldn't be happier with the value and service we got from U-Pack. Thanks!

Moved from Kansas City to Nashville and the U-Pack experience could not have been smother. Pricing was very close to renting a U-Haul and driving ourselves, but you also get more time to load and unload, and the fuel and taxes are tallied upfront. You also have the flexibility to use more or less truck space and only pay for what you use. The system of email and text updates were very streamlined and convenient. Both drivers were friendly, accommodating, and professional. Both called before arriving in addition to the text notifications. The drop-off driver was able to get the 28' trailer into a very narrow driveway on a tiny street. It was impressive to watch. Our boxes arrived safely with very little movement in the truck. The whole experience was great. Highly recommended.
