This is a way above average hardware store. The employees here will help solve your problems in creative ways. They hire youth in the community, and Mike is one of the most knowledgeable people I know, and he's run this store forever. This isn't a store to shop around in. If you've got a problem, they'll help the best they can.

Updating my review: I try to go here instead of the bigger name around the corner but the customer service here has really gone downhill since they were bought by Do It Best. It's all over the place. And don't bother asking Do It Best to help you with issues. Original review from 2 years ago: A decent locally owned store. Happy to support them over big box brands for basic items, but their inventory is limited. Know what you need before you go in as the teenage staff is not well-versed.
