The guys at wholesale battery are the best. I’ve dealt with them twice now and they’ve been willing to help me out, explain their process and get my batteries back to running right. Brian McGill helped me with my last issue (smaller drill battery that wouldn’t charge properly) he explained to me what was going on with it and got it back to me the next day fully charged. This saved me a couple hundred bucks on replacing it. If you’ve got a battery acting up, before you toss it, it’s worth taking it in and getting a quick opinion.

Purchased a battery at the beginning of September and had some issues with it holding a charge. Called today and got in touch with Daniel. Daniel was able to fix my situation and provide good conversation while doing so. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer. I will for sure be returning for my battery needs!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Wholesale Batteries, Inc. in Kansas City, Kansas to purchase a battery for my vehicle. It was a pleasure to meet Daniel. He took his time, giving me the available battery options. Not once did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Instead, he recommended I pull into the service bay to have the technicians, Dale and Harold, run a test to see if I actually needed to replace it. They were also very nice and explained to me why they would recommend a replacement at this time. They were quick to retrieve the appropriate battery and installed it for me. I felt the service I received from Daniel, Dale and Harold was top notch. They are models of how sales and customer service should be. I would highly recommend patronizing this company.

Brian is amazing. He is a true technician. It is really hard these days to find a human who is interested with your problem, understands how to troubleshoot and wants to solve the problem. Today was my first time shopping with WBinc and the guy behind the counter with the big beard had excellent customer service. He matched up my battery and gave me a few options and explained them both to me so I knew what I was buying. Had a great experience, ill be back next time i need a battery. Good customer service is hard to find these days. I appreciate it.

I was in the market for a new battery for a car that I had just purchased. I called around to O'reilly's ,Advanced Auto parts, autozone, all of them wanted, at least 275. I found wholesale batteries online, called them, and they had my battery that I needed for 115 plus the taxes. Half the price of what the big boys are trying to sell it for I would definitely would recommend. Also, they give you $5 per core.( old battery's) If you have any extra cores laying around, I definitely would recommend I'm coming back.
