Welcomed me within seconds of entering checked in me twice, even sent a follow up text two days after purchase which came in super handy as I needed to exchange for a bigger size. (First time using one) They then showed me a way to save 28% off the cost of my purchases. Needed riding pants for a short notice MB trip. Cycle Gear Knoxville had a great selection of brands and sizes, found exactly what I wanted within a few minutes. The staff is great, 2 different staff asked if I needed any help and when I went to pay there were 2other people in line. The staff members literally ran to open the 2 other available check outs so that nobody had to wait in line. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like that. Great big cheer for Cycle Gear!!!

Josh was awesome! He took the time to help my wife and I find helmets that fit us well. Appreciated him changing out our Sena Bluetooths to the new helmets also. Lastly he was very helpful finding us cold weather gear. Loved the personal attention. We bought it all!

We bought a helmet, coms and some riding pants from associate #111926 on Sunday. I cant remember the gentleman's name but his associate ID is listed above. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He even installed the cardo edge in mt new helmet. We are very pleased with our purchase and impressed with the selection at the store.
