XS Power Batteries

I recently called to update my order to include side terminal adaptors. Carter was extremely helpful and even found some of your older style adaptors for my batteries. Needless to say, the older style adaptors are far superior to the newer style. I highly recommend re-engineering the newer style. I was able to easily install them and they are terrific. I can’t say thank you enough for the customer service and professionalism. I have attached some photos of my setup. I also installed a dedicated battery tender to keep them at peak capacity at all times. It’s not as pretty as I would like, but it’s about the power, and these batteries pack a punch. Keep up the great work Carter and XS Power.

Personally drove over 2 hours to drop my battery off to have them check it out because it was dropping volts, and is still under warranty. That was 7-25, I didn’t hear back from anyone so called 8-1 to be told my battery was fine, I offered to pay to have it shipped back to me as I need it for upcoming audio shows. They offered to ship it for free since I drove it up there myself, and it would be shipped out the next day 8-2. I did not receive any tracking info or anything but thought I would just wait it out. 8-8 came around and no battery or communication. I called and was told it wasn’t shipped due to a "system error" and that it would be shipped out that day. Would arrive no later than 8-12. When it did not show 8-12 still no tracking info I called again. To be told that they didn’t know it was supposed to be shipped back to me. What? Only to be told, once again, that it would be shipped that day. They’ve had my battery for 3 weeks and can’t seem to figure out how to get it back to me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it was too late in the day. I sure hope I hear from them soon. Very disappointing.

*** edit***Don’t be fooled by there BS response just look at the other reviews. There are plenty of complaints about crappy customer service so don’t just take my word for it. Also asking to have a charger replaced after it stopped working after a few uses is not called complementary! It’s called the right thing to do. But this is what you get with these clowns! Absolutely terrible customer service! There are better options out there so do your research. 16volt charger stopped working after few charges. The entire return process was extremely frustrating. The only thing that was fast was the amount of time it took them to fix the charger once they had it. But starting the claim and getting them to ship it back was awful. Not to mention you have to pay to ship it back to them. All I got was staffing excuses and a weird comment about "if this was a transmission or differential it would have taken much longer" [paraphrasing]. I’m sure there is another company offering comparable products that actually care about their customers.

Devin helped me sort out an issue with my battery order after a website glitch almost sidelined my car for an upcoming event. Devin got me all taken care of quickly and all is well. The glitch itself was no big deal, but the consequences would have sucked. XS's awesome customer service is a big deal. Thank you!!

Carter Knight was my point of contact. I explained my problem. He threw himself at that problem, solved it, and I am a most grateful customer. I will be recommending XS Batteries in the future to all my racing friends.

I ordered a battery that was due for June 18. - June 24., the battery never arrived. I sent multiple emails, and never received a response i finally called on july first, and they basically told we don't have the battery which is understandable but i was let know after almost a month, and only because i called. They did not try to help other than a 5% discount, i tried to see if I could get a new battery expedited but they said only if i paid. All of this would've been okay if I was contacted early on to explain the situation but they just refunded me said sorry, and that was it. I needed to have the battery here before 11th of July, and they couldnt atleast help shipping cost for the lack of communication or mistake. I was really excited for my first XS battery as well, the customer service experience was not good, I wish it couldve been resolved instead of brushing me aside.
