I recently brought my Mini Cooper to European Auto Garage for maintenance and repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. They diagnosed issues accurately, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and completed everything on time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service like this one. Highly recommend to any European car owner!

We have been customers for many years now, and keep coming back due to this business’ professionalism, knowledgeable staff and technicians, and always feeling like not only are the issues or maintenance we brought our vehicle being brought in for taken care of, but also noting and offering their services in the case of another problem or possible problem during the thorough inspection. From the moment the keys are dropped off, until we pick our vehicle up, this shop handles everything with professionalism, care, and a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Loaner car was provided while my BMW 4 Series was being serviced. The Staff was friendly and professional. Service was completed in a timely manner. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will use EAG for service on my BMW in the future.

Was recommended to this place by a few people and I see why. Very nice employees Josh was amazing at communicating everything that needed to be done on my car. The shop is super clean and they do great work. My car rides a lot better than it did before I brought it in. Thank EAG I am very happy with the results and will be coming back for all future work.

My most recent experience was the second time I took my car in for service. The shop itself looked immaculate and since I made an appointment, I was helped right away. Both Colin and Jack were extremely courteous and an estimate was sent immediately through a text message with "accept" and "decline" options for all recommended services. Once accepted, I was given a ride home. The following day Colin called to tell me the car was ready for pickup (or to be picked up and taken to their shop). They actually reduced the cost based on less time spent, and even advised to wait on some future repairs, something that is rare in this business! I will definitely take my car back to this company, and recommend them highly!

I have always taken very good care of my automobiles, for 55 years, in fact. When I arrived for my first service appointment with European Auto Repair, I felt almost part of the family. Everyone I interacted were kind and professional. Going forward, I won’t be going anywhere else to have my Audi A6 serviced. Thumbs up!

I've been getting my BMWs serviced at this garage for many years and have always found them to be responsive, honest and fair. Shuttles and loaners are available, but the waiting area is so nice and service so prompt that I often just hang out and wait.
