Customer Reviews
Apple West Town Mall has a rating of 4 out of 5 based on over 1353 reviews on Google
The Apple Store is conveniently located right inside one of the main entrances of the mall, which makes it super easy to find. The staff here are fantastic—always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient no matter how busy it gets. And that’s saying something, because this place is a madhouse at all times. Whether it’s a weekday morning or a weekend evening, it’s always packed with people. Still, despite the constant chaos, the employees manage to keep things moving efficiently and deliver great customer service. If you need help or a repair, it’s definitely worth the trip—just be prepared for the crowds!
My elderly father went to get his phone fixed this morning. Was told they had to send it off for at least five days. He said he can’t go that long without a phone. They said "sorry we don’t have anymore loaner phones available." (I don’t believe this.) so instead of even trying harder (I mean it’s a PHONE STORE) don’t tell me you don’t have a phone he can borrow for 5 days. You sent out a man over 70 without a phone who has a health history of passing out and needing medical attention. How will he call for help? What if he breaks down on the side of the road? I feel like the associate could have done more and flat out just didn’t care. I am a very angry daughter cornered for her dad’s safety and feel he was taken advantage of. These young "hip" employees don’t care about our elderly.
I have been to the Alco store about my phone. They said give it two days and you can reset the password so then took it to West town store on Saturday and the man. I thought it was fixed and that he said wait two days but it’s in recovery mode and it’ll be five days so I have to go back on Wednesday and we will see what will happen but when I went to the T-Mobile store in Alcoa on May 5, my husband went in to pay my bill and the lady would not take his money and then she asked if he had the correct change and he said yes and she still would not take it and that was May 5 at 5:35 on a Sunday and he had to go to West Maryville and they made the payment My brother also went there. He went from Metro to Tmobile like I did about the phone. The man did not want to give him a Sim card. This doesn’t have to do with anything Apple, but my tea life has disappeared off my phone so I can’t get in touch with the CEO because it hangs up to draft. Whoever is hacking the phone so I can’t talk to anyone because when I called the number to the CEO it goes somewhere else, but I think that they should not be prejudice over there. The man did not set up his phone or anything. They had some words and the man told him do not come back in his store and that is the one across from Walmart in Aqua, Tennessee and my husband was black and my brother is black and I think that they need some new management or redo things in that storeand I am still waiting to talk to the CEO of Tmobile because they are terrible and they probably won’t send this
Stopped in on Monday October 6, 2025 at 1055 hours. I needed to replace my 10 year old IPAD Air and had inmind what I wanted. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and it was busy. The representative guided me over to the IPADs and said someone would be with me as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes, Nathan arrived. There were other folks there before me so I told him to help them first but as he was explaining the products I listened in. As he was finishing up he started helping me out. After a brief discussion and his guidance, I ended up buying a new IPAD. He asked if I needed help transferring data, which I didn't have much on my old one. He git me situated and that was probably the longest part of the visit. Twenty minutes later, I was heading back home. As I mentioned earlier, the place was busy yet I watched multiple employees helping multiple customers at once. So a big "Thank You" to Nathan and the folks at Apple West Town Mall.
Yesterday l went to this place and l was asking for a iPhone 17.this man who attended me at the entrance. White skin with big green eyes He was very aggressive not all professional.he made me feel so bad , he made me feel like as if by asking him a simple question I had a ruined his day . I don't know if this company checks their medical records before giving these people work , he is probably bipolar because l almost felt like he were going to hit me ,he yelled me he screamed and was so rude that I was very scared and worst thing was that they were the ones who received people.l understand that it could be that he was tired of answering the same question but what is the people's fault that these companies have this type of people working when there are many people wanting a job opportunity By the way l was going to make A investment of more than $3000 I'd better think about it I should sue for treating me so badly?
This place blows. Made an appointment with one of the people working there to get one of my devices looked at. I show up for my appointment and suddenly it’s nowhere to be found. Instead of making things right, they want me to wait 2 hours until someone’s available. Extremely unprofessional, and clearly someone doesn’t know how to book an appointment correctly or else this wouldn’t have been an issue. Apple needs to train the people that got working better.
Came here since I was switching to apple after being a long time android fan. It was super busy on the weekends and I had to wait 30 mins. The staff that helped me was super helpful but at the end I left since apple couldn’t give me the same amount on my trade in that Verizon would’ve.
