I needed more storage for a gaming PC. They were able to get it done the same day for a very fair price. Ben did a fantastic job. I would definitely use them for any computer or electronic repairs. Highly recommend! Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.

The associate was professional and courteous. He explained the possibly issues, costs of each option, and expected time each would take. Luckily, my charge port just needed cleaned, the 1st option he mentioned. He did not try to upset anything. He also handled multiple customers within a few minutes being just as professional and courteous. Excellent place to have electronics repaired.

I took my daughter’s little mini iPAD into the store this morning with a sad heart just knowing that them fixing my problem would be impossible. My daughter had broken her charging cord off in her iPAD. When I got there it was busy but I was still greeted with a huge smile from Chris and the kindness was appreciated. She explained that Taylor would do his best to solve the issue and that it may be the end of the day before I either got it back or they let me know the outcome of the small iPAD. Well 20 minutes later a very kind Taylor left a message on my phone letting me know my iPAD WAS READY FOR PICK UP!! Very impressed with the kindness and professionalism I was met with at this store. 10 out of 10 recommend. Chris and Taylor saved the day!!!

So. I was referred to this location by Motorola for a screen protector replaced on my Razor 50 as you're not suppose to do it yourself and it was covered under warranty as the device was only about 6 months old. Upon returning I was shown my device with the new screen protector poorly applied, extremely noticeable discoloration on the device as the protector was applied incorrectly. Only to watch the tech hard press the screen trying to push the bubbles out causing deformation in the screen. Never again. They did offer to repair it again when they can get more supplies in, but if they didn't have the ability to do it right, why would I bring it back to let them damage it further. Prior to their work, there was a small crack forming on the fold of the screen which could only be seen if you held the it in a real specific direction. If you value your tech, take it somewhere else

Easy to work with. I took in my device and remembered after I dropped it off that I had insurance and they were so understanding. They gave me my device back as well as my deposit. I have used them in the past for iPad screen repair and they were phenomenal. Love that they are honest and realistic if it isn’t worth fixing they let you know.
