Onsite Battery Mobile Replacement

Last Sunday, my car battery died in a residential neighborhood and so my dad and I called this company. Wish we got the guy's name, but we're very glad he was the one to help!! He arrived when he said he would. He was very quick yet thorough with his services - efficient and reliable! He answered any questions we had. And he was open to conversation too which made him a pleasure to talk to. It was also very easy to pay for his services upfront. Definitely recommend this company/guy!

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would! This is the absolute worst company I've ever come in contact with! The operator and the tow truck driver are some of the most insensitive and unprofessional people. I am not from San Diego, I was on vacation with my partner. We were stuck by the cemetery in Point Loma and yes it was after 5. The dispatcher told us they would be there in about 30 minutes and it would be $85. That was the agreed time and pricing. About an hour goes by and I hear nothing back. The driver then calls me and says he will be another 20 minutes. I didnt mind waiting because he was coming to help us out after hours. When he's close, he calls us and said he's at the navel base and cant get up the hill to us. We advise him again of the address again to make sure he was in the right place and tell him exactly where to go. He says i cant find it. A police officer drives up while were on the phone to help us and talks to the driver also and gave him exact instructions to get up here and stated if he talks to the guard at the bottom, he will let him into the gate, he just has to get there. The driver kept telling us he cant get onto the "base" and didnt know where to go, after getting very specific instructions by a Point Loma Police officer. Then, he raises his price. Instead of charging us $85, he says it will be $150 to come get us because he has to travel more. But he was never in the correct place and where he needed to go was maybe an extra mile from where he was. So after waiting a good 2 hours for him to show up, he says he cant help us and just leaves us up there with no other solution or even another company to call. Its now 9pm, its dark and we have no idea where we were. We were never charged for anything and thank god we werent because I call this morning to speak to someone about our experience and the guy that answered the phone was so rude and just wanted to argue with me and not listen to anything i had to say. Its absolutely ridiculous to leave a customer stranded in the middle of the night. If he would have just stated he couldnt help us from the beginning, I wouldnt be writing this review. Yes the driver did try to reach us and it was after normal hours so that part is appreciated but to leave us stranded becaus he was frustrated when we were expecting them to help like they said they would is ridiculous! Such an unreliable company and I hope this review saves someone from the terrible experience i had. And to the company, dont reply because there's no excuse for what you did, just do better AND DONT LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS STRANDED!!!

I called around. MJ from mobile car battery replacement picked up phone right away gave me a quote and was at my house in under 30 minutes. Incredibles value and service. Replaced my car battery with interstate. Top quality. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

I have used this service twice for different vehicles for batteryreplacement....one word....OUTSTANDING! Does what he says he will do. Went the extra whe he saw my check engine light on. Ran a diagnostic, thank God it was minor. He did not charge extra. This is what service looks like. Also he was less expensive than the others I quoted that day. Thank you M.J.
