ES Solar has been a great company to work with. No hype & no pressure easy going people. The installation of our new battery went well & with them talking to us of the details & set up, and additional information has been well handled

Had ES install a battery backup for my existing solar system. Curtis Anderson was the sales guy and was incredible. From then on it was an incredible experience. The install went great. Even the sheetrock repair wasn't too bad . I'm looking forward to continuing to deal with them. I have two guys here right now activating the system. Two great kids! I would completely recommend this company for anything solar!

Our ES Solar installation team was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The install of the low profile solar panels, wiring, electronic panels, battery and followup testing was completed in one day. We appreciated the follow up orientation meeting to ask any questions we had about our new solar system.

Battery install was easy (6 hours) all personnel were super professional. They have been in business for over 16 years and my solar installers have already declared bankrupty. I regret not using ES solar from the get go.

IMPORTANT: ES solar uses high-pressure tactics to solicit positive reviews. Once becoming a customer, they will send in a final rep to make sure you understand how your system, apps, etc work. The rep will then request you leave them a review on Facebook and Google while he sits there and watches. You are not getting an actual review of someone who has been a customer for any meaningful length of time. The entire industry is a complete sham, from the government funding right to the point of sale. But, I figured I may as well get some of my tax dollars back that have been funneled into this fraudulent industry, right? I've been a customer for 5 years now and it has NOT been a pleasant experience for myself or those that I initially referred after becoming a customer. Once they have your money, good luck getting them to make good on anything they've screwed up. It took me 2 years to get them to correct a financing mistake. 2 years of constantly having to call and get the run around. In fact, the only way I got them to do it was when I agreed to buy a battery, but I would only sign the papers once the mistake from 2 years previous was corrected. This pattern of terrible customer service has been the norm, not the exception as I've had to contact them multiple times. If you have an issue that requires effort on their part, good luck. Why 2 stars and not 1? Because I think this is the norm in this industry. These guys eventually made good on their mistakes - I think most in this industry are fly-by-night operations that won't back up anything they do Reply ES Solar's copy/paste response to my review: Been there, done that. My last issue with you guys took 8 months of me calling every few weeks and being told my problems/concerns were being "escalated" and never getting a call back. 8 months of this! The wheels finally started turning on my final call only because I refused to hang up until I had a definitive course of action with names, a call back date, etc. I spent 45 minutes on the line with your receptionist while she went back and forth with who knows how many people to finally get an email sent to Zach Randal and Colby Bond (of which I mysteriously couldn't be cc'd on)

Super happy with the whole start to finish experience working with ES Solar for our home battery backup system. Communications from them have been very good. Everyone has been great to work with and have been very responsive to all questions we've had along the way. We highly recommend ES Solar.

I found some awesome solar panels for sale, but I did not want to install them myself. ES Solar was willing to work with me and they installed my solar panels for me. This was a rare opportunity for them and there were moments of confusion. In the end, the system I have is absolutely amazing. I got the battery backup and inverter from them because those are under their warranty. The price is good and they are helping me get the tax credits and the best use of my power production.
