I had my 890 duke r serviced and a few minor things looked at. I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to a work conflict and Luke was very flexible and helped me find another suitable time. Bryan was the tech who worked on my bike and while a part needed to be ordered from ktm he had the bike ready for me to ride until it came in. Overall very pleased with the professional and accommodating manner that was shown. Andrew also was great about letting me know as soon as the part did arrive. Solid group of people here, definitely recommend LCC!

I just moved to the Northland and trying to find somebody you can trust to work on your motorcycle it's always a challenge, but these guys pleasantly surprised me. I was going to try to do some of my own work so I I had bought some parts, and then I thought I should leave it to the professionals. I took a couple parts in for a back tire to be replaced and some brake work, and Luke and Mike in the service department were really easy to work with and it doesn't happen much these days, but I almost feel like I got a little more than I paid for. So that's always a good thing. I'll definitely be back to see these guys. Thanks fellas.

Couldn’t be more happy having our Kawasaki Brute Force back in action. From the get go. Luke was very professional, and made sure the team had all the information needed. Bryan jumped right on it, and quickly had a solution of our ATV’s issue. It was very nice to get messages, and calls from Andrew at the parts counter letting me know how it’s going throughout the entire process. We are on a road trip through the USA and needed a service, as well as new tires and a new set of chains for our two KTM 890 Adventure bikes. Contacting them was very easy and very friendly. After we found out what we needed, the estimate came promptly and we made an appointment. Luke was very accommodating and took all our requests on board and provided great support. We were able to pick up our machines on the agreed date. A big thank you also goes to the two technicians Bryan and Mike, they did a great job and checked and adjusted the chain again after we loaded our bikes. We are very grateful, the three of them do a very good job. We can recommend LCC Powersports to everyone, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back. thanks guys

One of my atvs went on a trip to Colorado and the fuel pump went out. Day 1. After getting back home I called LCC, discussed my situation with Luke and informed me they could get me taken care of. Luke was very professional from the start to finish and Mike was clutch on the repairs and they reminded me of a battery issue I forgot about, brought it to my attention after their assessment and fixed everything I needed done. It seems to be running top notch and everything feels properly adjusted and functioning correctly.

Amazing prices and great staff. I give props to Ted Blofeld for getting me in and out super fast with my new motorcycle. A big thanks to Luke for helping me strap that bike down in my truck. . Give that young man a raise!

Just bought my new ZX-6R from Tim and ended up putting 140 miles on it within the next 4 hours. I guess im happy with my purchase lol. UPDATE: A week after buying this bike, the ZX-6R recall came into effect. I had just dropped mine off for the first service, and Andrew was kind enough to let me store my bike at the shop until they had the recall sorted as well. He and Bryan got everything fixed up weeks before i thought it would be done, and gave me the opportunity to enjoy more of this great riding season. The guys here are great and if you treat them with the respect they deserve, you'll be treated like a best friend, even after you roll your new bike off the lot.
