Derrick and Grant were great. I had a unit that was too small and they helped me asap to switch up my unit when movers were literally waiting outside to unpack. Been using the place forever - clean, feels safe, have not seen bugs nor water and doesn’t feel like my things are in any danger of having issues.

They saved the day resulting in a great and easy experience! We had rented at another facility were things didn’t go well due to no employee being onsite. We immediately called Extra Space and starting with the call into their call center, the agent answered immediately, answered questions, and had a confirmation to me in text in min. They confirmed an agent was on site to verify ID. When we arrived, there were 2 very friendly employees who helped throughout the process and went the extra mile to help the movers in a semi truck navigate the area. The whole process went smooth.
