Store Manager Chemice Rand has an excellent staff. Assistant Store Managers Sherry Montes and Cleber Santos are great. The location of Extra Space Storage perfect for anyone living in the Hollywood area. The hours of operation to enter your unit are great. The hours of very helpful if you want in-person assistance. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Extra Space Storage on Vine St in Hollywood/LA is fantastic. Someone pleasant always answers the phone. They are patient and they don’t rush you off the phone. Their online APP is súper easy to use and pricing was upfront and reasonable. We definitely recomendable this location. You guys ROCK! Thank you.

Vicky, who was working during our most recent visit, was sheer perfection. She helped us switch to a unit that is saving us significant money and suits our needs better, her customer service created a warm and pleasant atmosphere that improved our day, and the whole visit was quick, efficient, and exactly what it needed to be. I can’t recommend this location highly enough, especially if you have the privilege of encountering Vicky!

The people that work here are so helpful and Vicky especially helped us to transfer to a smaller unit and got us a walk in discount as well! I really appreciated the time Vicky took to show us a couple storage units and switch us over swiftly! It was so easy:) Thank you!

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facility is clean. Driving into and out of the place involves some steep slopes, so anchor your cargo well. Convenient electronic access to the doors via the app and low thresholds make accessing the unit easy. It wasn’t really cheap once the initial discounted period ended but it was a good experience overall.

I recently rented a unit at Extra Space Storage on 1860 Vine Street and have been thoroughly impressed. The building is exceptionally secure, with advanced safety measures that gave me peace of mind from the start. The amount of usable space in my unit exceeded my expectations, making it a great value for the price. The office staff is attentive and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. I also appreciate how seamless and secure the digital access is through their app—it makes managing my storage super convenient. Overall, this location is well-maintained, secure, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Fair price for a good space. Easy access except for the very limited business hours. Wish we could access our unit earlier / later during the day. Especially on Sundays. First contact with the team on site was great. Team changed after that and the new people were not as nice nor helpful.
