I can’t believe Jess B attitude! Thats ridiculous I didn’t do anything but walk in and from the get she was so rude. Checked my battery and went back to check if it was the starter she legit told another employee to do it because she didn’t want to do it? I didn’t do anything to her! He also refused supposedly because he had a costumer and laughed and she said I’ll do the costumer just do this and they joked and laughed like if I was the problem? If my husband wasn’t stranded I would have went somewhere else!!! I can’t believe her being a "manager" I’m on a heart monitor and her service was raising my heart rate! I usually only try and post positive reviews but I could not believe how she was treating me for what? Just old bitter lady if you ask me because what else did I do but go in? She also ignored me for the first 10 minutes until no one else was helping. She just left me stunned because I didn’t do anything.

Im not sure why the older lady is working there. She started to help me and my husband. I told her I was there to pick up a online order. She looked at me like a deer in headlights. She turned around and left us there. I very helpful man came to help us. She just went and stood around like she owned the place. She was so very rude and unprofessional. She is just there to stand around and not do any work. I would like to thank the gentlemen, that helped me and my husband with an alternator. He was very helpful. Got us what we needed.

I went into the AutoZone at Quaker and the loop store today to get a bulb for my Jeep renegade. The gentleman that helped me locate the right bulb was very friendly and inviting. Then I had the pleasure of being checked out by the manager,Jacque. She helped me to remember to get some bulb grease to increase the connectivity of my light and help keep corrosion down. It’s always a pleasure to go into this AutoZone. They have all the right parts and the best people.

George was so helpful and let me know exactly what I needed to address my CEL! This was my first time visiting this location and as long as he is here; I won’t go anywhere else!!! Fantastic customer service!!

First, let me say that Robert seems to be one of the few rare good employees that works at the auto parts stores. Very nice, and very knowledgeable. Even despite Christian's attitude that came out of nowhere, and how rude he got unexpectedly, Robert still made the experience great.

I went in to go get a heater hose for my truck mind you I paid over $100 for one hose then upon figuring out that is the wrong hose. I go the next day to return and get the right hose. The man tried to sell me more hoes plus clamps instead of giving me the correct hose once I demanded I wanted the hose. He returned the item and charged me an extra $40 to my card but I didn’t have enough money so I go 15 minutes to my house. 30 extra dollars for my savings drive another 15 minutes back just for him to charge me another $50 . This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any auto parts store after I pick up my hose tomorrow. I won’t recommend this store anymore.

I am from out of town and my car died. My tow truck driver suggested we stop at autozone and have it tested. Chris W was awesome. He came out to the car on the tow truck and determined it was the battery. He then got the battery and installed it. He was so friendly and helpful. I am grateful for his help in a stressful situation.
