The best place to get a battery very nice guy that works there and goes above and beyond to help the customer and doesn’t make you pay for anything that he thinks you don’t need very honest person.

As a woman I felt very offended today from this place. The lady was nice and the man was very rude. I was referred and I seen all the good reviews. I went to get a battery today. On the phone they said 70 and when I got there he said 80. Anyway, when the battery got installed I could tell there was going to be an issue with it. Took it to auto zone get it check, the machine said "bad battery" Called the place back and they said they would give me my money back or another battery. So I had him test the battery in front of me and read good. Well long story short he seemed very pissed off cause I had him trade for another one. Very very rude!!! I will never go back to this place unless this battery is no good up to the 6month warranty. My go to place has always Continental and the reason I went here was cause they were closed. Never again!! I was treated very rude by this man and probably cause I’m a woman. The only good thing I’ll say is they did honor their battery and did switch for another one.

The gentleman and lady who greeted me were kind and found the battery that I needed within about 30 minutes.

Sent my mom here since she had Battery problems since this morning, I read reviews and thought this would be a great place for her to go! Unfortunately she bought a used one cause she is on a fixed income! The man I’m guessing the owner gave her a "Bad" battery! She did have 6 months warranty, Thank God. But the Battery was no Good! (Same day she bought it) She drove home and said her truck felt weird and when she would turn it was like the battery was going out, so I told her to go to auto-zone to check it out and that’s where she found out it was indeed a bad battery! She headed straight back to either exchange/return the battery but the man was so upset and so rude he litterally belittled her in-front of another customer! I would not recommend this place to anyone, he did replace the battery for another WORKING ONE, and said ugly remarks while doing so. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere!! Sorry to rant!
