I have to give Family Powersports a 5 star review. Why? Because as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted by a salesman named Brandon Jones. This gentleman was an outstanding salesman and gentleman to my wife. He was very informative about the pervious owner of the bike I purchased. Everyone there was extremely professional and kind. I also want to thank Mr. Weems on finalizing our purchase. What a great team! I am a big believer in giving credit to those who care. Also do business like it shouldbe done. Great job. Found my 25 cfmoto in Lubbock, Nicole was very helpful and made sure that my dealer experience was perfect. Everything was as stated, parts were ordered, paperwork was ready. In and out in less than an hour! Excellent teamwork Highly recommend the whole team.

Brandon Jones did a great job making sure the motorcycle I was looking into purchasing was right for me needs. I faced zero issues throughout the process. Any questions I had were answered well. Since the bike I got was used, they made sure it was fully serviced and inspected before handing me the keys. Braden Fullerton was very thorough in making sure I was aware of how the bike operated and did not hesitate to answer any questions. Dalton Heath ensured we had the right gear, accessories, and/or tools needed in order to ride. Angie Johnston was wonderful in making sure all the financing was in order and making it work within my budget. All around, it was a great experience for purchasing my first bike. I will definitely be going to them again for any and all of my power sports needs.

Jeff got us all fixed up with a new uforce 1000xl. The new machine is great, it fits the whole family, and Aiden hooking us up with an amazing JBL speaker makes tearing up the dirt roads a blast. Thank you all at family powersports in Lubbock, TX!

Just bought a Seadoo Switch 18’ fishing boat! Jeff Apuan helped us choose the unit and put us in the water! Very knowledgeable about the Seadoo Switch boats! Very pleased with how we were treated in the experience! Our grown children are so happy with the purchase! Great for families, fishing and playing off for the grandchildren! Couldn’t be happier! ♥️
