Hands down, the best customer service I have received in a LONG time. Sal and Maude saved the day for me. They communicated with me immaculately and came to fix my battery at my workplace within 10 minutes. These folks are stellar. Forget spending your money at the dealership, call these guys! Thank yall for saving the day!
The batteries on my truck died. I reached out to Sal and he changed his schedule to accommodate my needs. He even came to my workplace to service my vehicle. It’s clear that the customer is their priority as demonstrated by their service, pricing, and dedication to quality work. I will never use another place again!
Unmatched customer service hands down!!! Bought a battery awhile back that ended up the dud of the bunch. Notified Sal, gave my location & he happened to be less than 5mins away making a delivery!! (After 6pm!) He came by, replaced dud with a better battery (warranty incl) & NO SERVICE FEE!! 1st local business owner I've ever met that's gone above & beyond for their customer's!!! This is hands down the best battery place in the 806!! They always do absolutely phenomenal work and help you through challenging time like I had experienced! The warranty saved me so much and I will only be taking my batteries to here!! Over the top customer service to make sure your needs are met!
Sal was fantastic in getting my battery replaced! I called early at 7:30 before they opened and he answered and was very gracious to take my call before hours. He went ahead and came directly to me with a new battery and replaced it in 10 minutes! His customer service was excellent and he was so kind and helped answer all my questions. By 7:50 I was on the road! Sal is the man!
Sal and Maddie helped us install some batteries to a truck, they went the extra mile by waiting for the lot manager to bring him the keys and test the truck. Videos and pictures were sent, both were super helpful and polite.
On the door says they stay open until six that’s not true and online it says they’re open until five. That’s not true. Somebody tell me what the hours really are because as a customer I would like to be able to walk in within 20 minutes of closing time and someone be there…
