They know what the tax benefits are and how to best use them to get you the best price They handle all the permitting They use quality tier one panels They have several solar systems to meet your needs They are easy to work with up front pricing and are more then glad to answer all your questions They use the latest and best mounting hardware and tie into your truss vs the decking They use a rail system for your panel install vs some cheaper places that mount the panels directly on the roof They are super easy to work with and the communication was great! They did a very nice clean looking job! The boxes where mounted in aesthetically pleasing places. The conduit bends looks amazing and they routed the conduit through the soffit vs over the roof. They don't mount panels over vents/plumbing vents They even helped me find a new power provider to fully utilize the benefits of going solar

We researched several solar installers in Texas and chose Hub City Solar. Their process from cost estimating, coordinating permits, installation, through to obtaining our Permit to Operate was excellent.

We can not thank Hub City Solar enough. We had our Solar Panel installed by another company, and just had issues from the installation. At the time, the other company had to subcontract with Hub City to complete our installation. Once Hub City Solar got on board the install was quick. This was two years ago, fast forward to now, we can't get a hold of the other company as they went bankrupt, but Hub City Solar was very generous to help us out with an issue with our solar system. Last night, we had a electrical write that frayed causing it to arc. The fire department was called and we had to shut down the whole house last night. Today we called before hours, not knowing someone was going to answer, thinking we could leave a voicemail. To our surprise someone answered and within an hour and half they had someone at our residence to assist. I have to say the people that work here are for the community and I am glad to have them here in the Lubbock region.

Came in and did a nice clean job. Jon came in with his team and were super efficient + knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the process and made sure my questions were answered. Also made sure to explain the differences in what his team does vs other solar companies especially mounting types. 5/5 would recommend at least having a chat cause they've got you

Jon and Jessie were great! They helped us in a tough situation when some of the wiring from another company wasn't done properly and the fuse box almost caught on fire! They fixed it perfectly. Very knowledge, and explained what happened and why very clearly to someone not electrically knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. Definitely going to reach out again!

Hub City Solar did everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. Their work man ship was wonderful and we did not regret doing business with them., they get a 5 star rating with us. That got everything done and finish the job ahead of what they said and went above and beyond to make us happy.
