NAPA Auto Parts - Lubbock WHS

1st time going in there. They have a huge selection of parts and accessories. The nice staff was quick to help had knowledge of what I needed and overnighted the rest of my order they didn't have in stock.

I have a napa battery that is less than 4 months old. The battery is no good and has a dead cell. They refuse to warrantee the battery. Hector further refused to let me talk to a supervisor and even stated white i was leaving that they didn't need my business. I then called the store and requested to talk to a manager. Hector answered and asked if I was the guy returning a battery. I told him that wasn't his concern up on me. I called a second time with similar results. They didn't even test the battery. Don't buy batteries from Napa! They don't care about you, only want your money. Update, I changed my review to a higher star because I went to another store and they exchanged the battery for me.

Horrible service always rude and disrespectful can’t ever go in and get a part from any of the employees up front without them making it seem like I’m interrupting there relaxing work day. I hate having to get parts from here just because of the employees attitude

The guys here are very good at what they do. There's a super selection of parts of just about anything you can think of. The counter sales guys are eager and fast and can help you make those decisions about what parts you need or add ons to make the job easier. I really recommend NAPA on Ave A because they are the warehouse for auto parts. Give them a chance, I bet you won't be disappointed.

Yesterday was the pits for me. It was like all the worst Mondays rolled into one! Until I made it to Napa on 19th and A. I need parts for my husband's pickup. Only I didn't have my wallet! I did have our check book and all pertinent information. Most places these days would not even think of taking a check from a person with out ID and such. And I understand with all the scammers now. But the gentleman saw how desperate I was for the parts. They rang them up for me and loaded up everything in the pickup with rain pouring down. Then the gentleman that checked me out forgot to add the brake fluid in for me. He felt bad and said no worries its on me this time. 14.08. He went in and got the brake fluid and brought it back out to me. Who dose that?! I came back to return some parts I didn't need. I was able to make up the 14.01 for the brake fluid then. Thanks the the men at NAPA I was able to get my husband's pickup fixed. That's customer service above and beyond! Thanks Guys!
