I needed a battery for a Jeep. They had one in the assistant manager, forgot his name installed it for me was very courteous and professional highly recommend this place by the airport.

They have good replacement parts and great customer service fast and respectful.

Easy in and out fast the work 6am to 4 pm I think can park here overnight but not sure

Your employees have zero customer service. Didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. Took me 2 seconds to grab what I needed and went to the counter. The only employee I saw, either didn't care that I was there, or didn't care to pay attention to paying customers. As I patiently waited at the counter, he answered the phone, disappeared, and before getting back on the phone, he told a customer(who entered after I did) that he would be right with him. Which I made it known that I was next and needed to cash out. after he came back in view from disappearing, he proceeded to help that customer, STILL. Mind you. I have already been standing at the counter for 5 minutes or longer with no acknowledgement. So I became fed up. Made my presence known, and left.

Hooked a girl up with headlight bulbs after auto zone said they didn't make these kind of bulbs

Top notch customer service. Charmaine was extremely helpful in the office, and everyone I spoke to behind the counter was great.
