We had a great experience with Sinclair heating & Cooling. Great communication, very quick service, and the system works great now! We signed up for their maintenance program, at a very reasonable rate! We highly recommend this company!!

We discovered the leak from our Hot Water Heater. Called Sinclair immediately! 15 minutes later they were at my home replacing the water heater! Best price in town! $300 less the Home Depot! So courtesy and knowledgeable! Sinclair is Outstanding ❤️

I’ve had a handful of other plumbers come to my house and fail to diagnose my plumbing issue. They cut corners, collected an hour of labor, and failed to resolve the problem. Today I had some guys from Sinclair come out and get the job done. They took the time and had the attention to detail needed to find the root of the issue, and resolve it. I highly recommend calling Sinclair first if you’ve got an issue. They’re pricy, but effective.

All I can say is phenomenal. Sinclair has to be one of the most hospitable, courteous, attentive, and genuine local heating and cooling companies I’ve ever worked with. I was in need of a new HVAC system, and not only were the available options explained clearly—including details about a service plan—but the team also went above and beyond by working with my home warranty. Those small touches and attention to detail truly meant a lot. At no point did I feel like just another sale—I was treated with respect, care, and professionalism. Every part of the process, including the paperwork, was thoroughly explained. Follow-up calls were prompt, and every person I interacted with was helpful and kind. Very happy with the visit from Sinclair Plumbing. My technician was great. He listened to me and explained my options completely. I knew up front what my charges were. Of course those charges could have changed if I chose a much more complicated repair. Will definitely call them again for future repairs.

Jeff and his helper instantly found what the problem was and took the steps necessary to fix it and then they made sure to clean up the excess water and told me to leave the fan running and it would help finish drying up the residue water. They were respectful and very knowledgeable of the problem and they fixed it in a very professional way. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their looked at because they will get it done..

The actual best! Zack is just the most patient and knowledgeable. Even went above and beyond to help me identify the problem when it ended up not being plumbing related at all!! We will continue calling Sinclair for all our plumbing needs in the future!
