The Perfect Tow/Transport company does exist and its right here in lubbock Texas. They have the ability to move and deliver anything and everything! They always go above and beyond for theyre customers and will do it with a great attitude! Have used this company to move many a product and I would trust anyone else to do it! After a hit and run left the front quarter panel and drive system crushed on my car, I was in need of quick and efficient towing. We were pleasantly surprised that the operator showed up within less than 15 minutes! The operator, Zach, was experienced and resourceful. He efficiently maneuvered the car into a position to be towed while displaying how personable and professional he is. Dylan and Michael have done an outstanding job on the last two HUGE towing jobs I’ve hired South Plains Towing for! These guys do not scare easily! Well we had a rollover on Highway due to crazy wind so We talked to this towing service based on google reviews and rate. We didn't regret at all for calling this tow company they showed up at the scene really fast and the best thing i liked about their service they don't use too much equipments on accident recovery, so your bill don't get build up, they do it for you the efficient way. we had a nice deal with them, and Owner made 2.5k$ discount for us, as we decided to deal with it in house! It is my pleasure to write a review. South Plains Towing earned every star 100% and more. They handled a very stressful transport situation with ease. When others hem hawed, Dyllyn did not hesitate. I cannot express how grateful I am being referred and connected to this outstanding company. There were never any hiccups. This team arrived promptly. The communication throughout was exceptional. They are true experts. My transport driver Chase handled my unit with extreme care. Their transport vehicle was perfect. You can tell they take great care of their equipment and vehicles. Chase was spot on, he was very precise, careful, safe, professional, a delight to be around, truly skilled and a master in his field. He is very nice, happy, likeable, funny, professional and a joy to be around. There was never a moment of worry. I was surprised with the short amount of time it took. The cost and pricing was very reasonable and easy options to pay. I was able to pay onsite without complications. All pricing and costs were presented upfront without any surprises. And then, just like that Chase was off to save the day for another. It is evident this team enjoys what they do. They embrace a challenge, respond quickly and now have a new customer for life!
