The Home Depot

In Lubbock Texas Alexis was very sweet and helpful and real and honest and quick! I just needed a key made and the machine didn’t work and the two men at customer service were too busy talking to each other and made it seem like a bother so I just still there and then Alexis came over and helped it was a better experience:) so I want to say I will be back at Home Depot for her because she was the only good experience I had there even outside the parking lot a cart guy just stopped and staired at me for no reason and made me feel weird! Alexis was awesome

Have to wait in line to check myself out!?!? Maybe people will steal enough to stop this self checkout crap while I plan to go Lowe's and Ace that have actual staffed checkout lanes!

Went to Home Depot yesterday to buy a trash can. A nice young man by the name of Parker greeted me when I entered the garden center. Asked if I need some help finding anything. I said no, but quickly changed my tune when I couldn’t locate the correct trash can lid. Parker made sure I got the correct lid, even though he had to get the ladder and open a new box of lids. He was so friendly and made sure I was completely happy with what I got. When I went to pay, a very kind lady named Riley, spoke with me and we joked around a little bit. Also, Coco (Tyler), Anita and Nicolette helped me with questions about how to acknowledge Tyler’s helpfulness. This group of people working on a holiday weekend on a Sunday night were so great. Makes me want to only choose The Home Depot as my Home improvement store. Thanks to everyone that was so great during my visit.

My wife and I went in Home Depot looking for Halloween yard decorations. Was greeted by a employee who took the time to help us pick out everything we needed. I love our Lubbock Home Depot!

This store boasts an exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff. They patiently answered all of my questions and offered valuable advice. The selection of laminate flooring is extensive, with various styles and price points. I was impressed with the quality of the products available. I highly recommend visiting this store for your flooring needs.

Anthony c demello and Alexis J helped me find a chainsaw replacement chain. I appreciate the friendliness and taking the time to assist me! Excellent customer service. I enjoyed hearing Anthony telling about his Hawaiian heritage while helping me out.

Very clean store and was nice to walk around in. I highly suggest finding your item on their website so that it will tell you what isle and bay that it can be found in. Once you know that you don’t have to bother any of the employees and you can go straight to it.
