Very nice employee answered my call. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and well-mannered. Showed me where the part I needed was located. I was able to check and recharge my Air conditioner. They can't work on the car, but they saved me hundreds! I was helped by Tony and the problem was solved.

Uniformed workers running the store while their manager hides in the back. Went to do a return on a car battery that wouldn't even fit in my car and when the manager had to come up and assist they refused the return after glancing at the battery for only a moment. He said in a rude tone of voice that it was installed so they won't return the battery doesn't matter that I was given a battery that wouldn't even fit under my hood. Was not approachable or willing to have a conversation just dismissive. Felt like this was nothing but laziness and a refusal to serve customers. After explaining I never had any issues like this while shopping at O'riles I was told that they weren't O'riles so I guess Ill just shop there from now on since AutoZone doesn't want to help their customers when they pick the wrong part to being with.

You would be absolutely fool to give this location any of your money. The disrespect that was caused by one of them. Pleayes, but I want to be employees. It's uncalled for and I know. I'm not the only one that has doubt with the attitude of that certain employee. The lack of knowledge and the lack of customer service will have me never stopping at this location with my business again.

The person at the front desk literally seen me walking into the door and locked it and closed early. Mind you it was 440 on a Friday… please avoid this place. The customer service is poor and they are super rude.

Neighborhood Heroes at this location! Blake at Advanced Auto Parts on the Northside of Madison is just the the kind of guy you want on your side! Kind, generous with knowledge, and top notch service as well. Great combo. New battery in and ready to roll!

I love this place because they had the fuel filters I needed for my 1995 Town Car in stock and they were a lot easier to find than any other parts store in the area which was crucial because the filter became clogged on my way back to the Northwoods and I needed a new one and a spare asap. I ordered them online to get a 20% discount then walked in the store and picked them up at the counter. I like advance because the order online and pick up in store saves me money on everything and they're always nice. Thanks for helping me get back on the road! Update: It's been almost a year since I had to replace the fuel filter there on the pavement and she's back in service for another several feet of snow.
