Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was hesitant to come here since these places try to upsell all kinds of things. The mechanic made suggestions, but he wasn’t pushy or annoying. The staff was vey fast and well organized. I even got a coupon for donating to charity. The only ding was I didn’t get a return window sticker or a receipt. I’ll come back though, because the whole experience was easy.

This was my first time at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change and it was a great experience. All the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic showed me how clean the oil was and showed me the amount (on dipstick) that was in there. They didn't talk down to me when asked questions. I highly recommend this location on Hwy 51 in Madison and want to give the employees a shout out as they all were super! Thank you!

Had a great, speedy experience here. The staff was super friendly and very thorough. I hate having my oil changed, but these guys got me in and out 35 minutes.

The guys at the Hwy 51 Stoughton Rd location in Madison, WI are fantastic! They are always in a great mood and make me feel appreciated every time I have my vehicles serviced there. They never make me feel pressured to buy extra services and are always efficient with my time. I highly recommend this location because of the people that work there!

I went with my daughter to get her oil changed for the first time. She was nervous to drive into the garage. The team was so respectful and friendly to her. The process left her feeling very reassured.

Myron and his team are class act dudes! They always perform thorough service at an efficient pace all with a customer friendly approach. I only go to this location specifically because I know I can experience top level service.
