If you need a car battery they're super friendly and fast. They even take the old battery. Guy who moves here from AZ helped me and installed it very quickly and was friendly. Price was good too. Highly recommend this place.

Patrice B at AutoZone store #1991 in Madison was a lifesaver. I needed a new car battery before winter hits and my parents live many states away. Usually my parents would help me switch out my car battery. They did call and pay for the battery and I came in today to have someone help switch out the old one for the new one. The old one was rusty and corroded. Patrice took her time to make sure the old battery was removed without damaging or breaking anything and very quickly was able to get the new one in and secure. She was incredibly nice and personable even when we realized it would be pretty difficult to get the old one out. I’m extremely grateful for her help today!

I called to ask about spark plug cables and the nice young man who answered helped me out explaining they are coils now and now to trouble shoot my problem with my 2020 kia soul. He was amazing and needs a raise! Expect i didn't get his name. But he will know who I am if you mention he helped the girl who's dad fixed her car but recently died with the 2020 kia soul.

AutoZone was extremely helpful to me, critically helpful I should add in getting the parts and tool rental equipment to do my own repairs . This saved me over $1,000. The staff was professional, efficient and knowledgeable.

OKAY. So, I bought a used car. Nice car, underbody looks good, etc. Drive it back to Madison. Get pulled over by Maple Bluff police for having no taillights. WHAT?? Yeah. Silly me, I assumed I would have working taillights when I bought the car. I drove out to AutoZone on my 30 minute (!) break bc I have to drive to work tomorrow (and every day this week and forever) and need working lights. The young man there took my stressed out-ness in stride; looked up some fuses. He replaced them for me while I did the self-checkout... and it worked. I managed to get my lights fixed by this amazing AutoZone guy in TEN MINUTES. I just made it back in time to clock back in and now I can drive across the city tomorrow without getting a citation. THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH. I could not rate these guys higher.

I came in to pick up some new windshield wipers blades. Joshua W. helped me find the right size for my car. He also explained the differences between the all-weather vs the seasonal wipers. All around, smooth and satisfactory experience!
